We work on your behalf through a network of Turkish estate agents to find you the property that meets your exact needs and then provide all the advise that you then need on subject such as:
- Locations
- Live versus rent
- Capital gains tax
- Turkish law
- Purchasing process
- Where to buy everything to furnish your new home
- Rental web sites
- How to pay local bills
- Dealing with local tradesmen (builders, satellite tv, maintenance)
- Setting up cleaners for your new purchase
We only deal with agents that are bi-lingual and ensure that you are happy throughout the purchasing process.
We promise three things when you deal through us:
- You will buy at the best price. We put you in touch with well established local agents and you do not have to pay the higher prices many people are paying in the UK by buying through High St estate agencies. We also do not charge you! We take a proportion of the set estate agency commission that you would have paid through the estate agent themselves.
- You will not be 'hassled'. All of the local Turkish estate agencies that we deal with are committed to this. If you travel to Turkey but ultimately don't find what you are looking for (this is rare!) you will NOT be expected to pay a penny.
- You can buy with confidence. The agents can provide names and contact details of dozens of previous customers that you can speak to as references. Also, the main well-established agent that we deal with has been vetted and also sells via Sky TV Real Estate channel.
