Buying Is So Easy
We offer a very simple and straightforward way to buy.
Step One
Search our property pages (these link directly to one of our partner sites). Find a small selection of properties that you see that best fit your needs and price level. Then simply complete the Web Form on the 'Contact Us' page. Let us know the following:
- The location that you are most interested in
- Whether you are looking to live in Turkey or purchase to rent out
- Whether you want to buy a new build or off-plan
- The reference numbers of properties that you have seen that appear to meet your needs
- The budget that you want to purchase within
Step Two
We will check that your needs are precisely met. For example - if you are looking for an apartment to rent out that needs to give you a high rental yield and is within a budget of £50,000 we will work with agents to find a property that is (as an example) : within walking distance to the beach, on a complex, near to local bus stops for easy travel and near to all local amenities. We will then send you via ourselves or direct from the Agent a number of properties with detailed photographs of individual rooms and external. You can then make up your mind.
Step Three
If you believe that you have found your 'place in the sun' we will then set up for you a free inspection tour. You pay for return flights to Dalaman airport (see page for cheap flight links). By arrangement the cost of your flights can be re-imbursed if you decide to pay a deposit.
You will then fly out to Turkey for up to a week at no further expense (occasionally we can also arrange for the flights to be reimbursed following a purchase). A typical inspection tour normally lasts 3-5 days and consists of:
3 Day Trip
- Pick up at airport and taken to an apartment where you will stay during your trip.
- Day 1 Visit to dozens of pre-selected properties that meet your precise needs
- Day 2 Relax, think things through, spend a day swimming or on boat trip
- Day 3 If decide to proceed - set up at local tax office, visit notary and set up local bank account . Fly back to the UK
5 Day+ Trip (no extra cost)
- Pick up at airport and taken to an apartment where you will stay during your trip.
- Day 1 can be a sightseeing day to see all the areas and get to better know the area.
- Day 2 (can do 2 days if required) visit to dozens of pre-selected properties that meet your precise needs
- Day 3 Relax, think things through, spend a day swimming or on boat trip
- Day 4 If decide to proceed - set up at local tax office, visit notary and set up local bank account
- Day 5 Fly back to the UK
PLEASE NOTE: Unlike most other inspection trips - if you wish to make a purchase you will NOT be pressurised to leave a deposit then and there. You can if you wish. Alternatively, you can return to the UK and send a deposit back later. Inspection trips can be shortened or lengthened to meet your needs.
